Floral Designer 

We're looking for a positive, energetic, team player to join us full-time as a Floral Designer at Lisa Foster Floral Design!

Position Responsibilities:

• Setup & takedown of weddings and events

• Make floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, and special occasions of all budgets and styles

• Assist in floral design for weddings and other large events

• Answer phones and take orders

• Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to sales growth

• Help customers with product decisions geared towards LFFD style

• Process flower deliveries and care for live plants

• Prepare flowers to be arranged by floral designers​

• Drive delivery van/help deliver orders

• Keep shop and work space tidy

Position Qualifications:

• Experience in floral design is strongly preferred

• Can lift over 40 lbs.

• Stand for long periods of time

• Work flexible hours (May include overtime, and most weekends)

• Retail/customer service experience

• Clean driving record

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Efficiently manage time and priorities

• Exceptional communication and listening skills

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
